Blue German Pottery Candle Holders

Pair of German ceramic taper candle holders with a blue glaze and hand-painted floral pattern on the top. Signed by the artist but I've been unable to find any additional information or history on these. One original sticker intact from the retail location, which I believe was a German jewelry store. 

In excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Holds a standard taper candle in each and set includes two (2).
